Charges on your card
If you purchase from Welcome Baby Gifts.com, your credit card statement will show the charge from Web Design Partners, our umbrella company.
Note: Some large/heavy items, as well as 2nd day and overnight shipment will incur additional shipping charges per line item. If you want to determine the shipping before you order, you may add the item(s) to your cart and enter your shipping information. No charge to your card will be made until you click the SUBMIT button.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Click the shipping method for Alaska and Hawaii when you enter your shipping information. This adds additional shipping for Alaska and Hawaii. Because our products vary so much in size and weight, this added shipping is only approximate. If the total shipping turns our to be less than what is charged, we will refund the difference. If the actual shipping is more than what was charged, we will contact you to determine if you wish to pay the additional shipping.
We also ship to military addresses using the US Postal Service. Baby Moses Baskets are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Some items cannot be shipped international. If you have an international shipping requirement, it is important that you contact us via E-mail or phone: 770-664-0848 before placing your order to avoid possible delays.
The majority of our customers are gift buyers. Therefore, our policy is to never include the receipt with your order. Instead, a receipt is instantly e-mailed to your e-mail address as soon as the purchase is complete. The receipt contains all necessary information regarding your order.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within five days of the receipt of your item and get a Return Authorization Number. We will not accept items without a RAN. Returned items must be in new condition in orginal, unopened packaging. Return mailing expense is the customer's responsibility. Note: Items returned for any reason may incur a restocking fee of 10% to 20%, depending upon the item purchased.
Personalized items cannot be returned for exchange or refund. If a spelling error was made on our part, or the product arrives broken, we will replace the item at no additional charge. If an exchange is desired, contact us at email@example.com within five days of the receipt of your item and get a Return Authorization Number. We will not accept items without a RAN. Postage to ship the item to us and also for us to ship the new item out is at the expense of the person requesting the exchange. Exchanged items must be in new condition with unopened packaging.
Baby Moses Baskets: Please check your merchandise immediately upon receipt. A Return Authorization is required. In the unlikely event that there is a defect in the workmanship or quality of your purchase please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order. If there has been damage due to the carrier's negligence, we need to know within 5 days of your receipt of the package so we can file claims.
